1st Mile - For Women
The First Mile for Women
Metabolism, cravings & stress support
For the first stretch of getting back at it — when you've decided, the routine is taking shape, and the hard part is the stretch between decisions. One daily packet, curated by our pharmacist, built around the basics of a restart: nutrient coverage while you're eating with more intention, magnesium for sleep and recovery, and a small group of well-studied ingredients that support healthy metabolism, everyday stress and the way you handle cravings.
What's inside: Multivitamin, Magnesium Glycinate, Berberine, Green Tea Extract, Chromium, Ashwagandha.
Take with breakfast. Contains a mild amount of naturally occurring caffeine. If you take prescription medication, especially for blood sugar, blood pressure or cholesterol, check with your pharmacist or doctor first. Not recommended if pregnant or nursing — consult your healthcare provider.
Good to know
The practical details, for anyone who reads before they buy.
How to take it
One packet a day, with breakfast and a full glass of water. Every packet in a box is identical, so there's nothing to sort or count. Consistency matters more than timing — if you miss a morning, take it with your next meal rather than doubling up. Most of what's in the packet works by being there every day, so give it a full month before you judge it.
Subscription and shipping
Every packet comes two ways: a single month for $109, or a subscription at $89 a month. Subscriptions ship thirty packets every month and bill the day they ship. Skip a month, switch to a different packet, or cancel anytime from your account — no phone call, no retention offer. Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as it's on the way.
Who curates these
Every packet is curated by our founding pharmacist from practitioner-grade supplements, and each product is chosen for how it fits the day it's built for — not for what's trending. These packets are not a substitute for advice from your own pharmacist or doctor. If you take prescription medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a health condition, check with them before starting. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
