What is Brightside?

Brightside makes curated daily supplement packets: one packet a day, with every dose printed on the label. You tear one open each morning instead of opening several bottles.

We pick each ingredient and its form, match the doses together, and ship them pre-sorted so the daily routine is one step.

Why packets instead of bottles?

Packets put your whole daily mix in one place: one tear-open packet, no sorting pills from several bottles. Subscription reorders are timed to arrive before you run out.

Packets are a convenience format. They're easy to toss in a bag for travel or the office, and you always know what you took today.

What are my options, and what do they cost?

There are three equal ways to start: The Foundation, Foundation + Lifestyle, and Design-your-own. None is a "step up" from another; pick the one that fits how you live.

  • The Foundation: Multi, Omega-3, and magnesium glycinate. $69 one-time or $59 a month on subscription.
  • Foundation + Lifestyle: the Foundation basics plus a lifestyle mix, in six curated packs (Nine-to-Five, Round the Clock, The Second Wind, The Routine, 1st Mile for Men, 1st Mile for Women). $109 one-time or $89 a month on subscription.
  • Design-your-own: build your packet from our curated formulary, useful if you already know what you want, including guidance from labs or your clinician. $109 a month, subscription only.

Free shipping on every order. We don't run intro discounts. The price you see is the price.

Are the doses listed?

Yes. Every dose of every ingredient is printed on the label, with no proprietary blends. You can see exactly how much of each ingredient is in your packet.

How do you approach quality?

Ingredients in our packs are third-party tested for potency and purity on a skip-lot basis by ISO 17025–accredited labs.

We also choose each ingredient's form on purpose (see "Which ingredient forms do you use?" below).

Which ingredient forms do you use?

Our magnesium capsule uses magnesium glycinate. Folate in the Multi is 5-MTHF, and B12 in the Multi is methylcobalamin.

B6 and B2 in the Multi are standard forms. Iron, where a pack includes it, is ferrous bisglycinate. Every form is listed on the label.

Is there anything to know about The Second Wind?

The Second Wind contains iron. Keep out of reach of children.

How does the subscription work?

Subscriptions ship your packets on a regular schedule so a new supply arrives before you run out. The Foundation subscription is $59 a month. Foundation + Lifestyle is $89 a month. Design-your-own is $109 a month and only sold by subscription. Free shipping on every order.

How does shipping work?

Free shipping on every order.

Our Story

Where do I even start?

I knew supplements were good for me. Everyone seemed to agree on that much. What nobody could tell me was which ones.

How it started

I'd stand in the aisle and read the labels. Alpha-GPC. N-acetyl cysteine. Pyrroloquinoline quinone. Words that sounded like they belonged in a lab, not a kitchen cabinet. I'd pick something up, put it back, and leave with nothing. Not because I didn't care. Because it was intimidating, and nobody had ever made it simple.

So I asked a friend.

A friend who happened to be a pharmacist

He's a pharmacist with training in functional health — a formal way of saying he'd spent years learning what those words on the labels actually mean, which products are worth the shelf space, and how they work together in a real person's day. When I finally asked him where to begin, he didn't hand me a reading list or send me to a specialist. He did what a good friend does: he listened to how I actually lived — the schedule, the sleep, the coffee, the kids — and he chose a handful that made sense for that life.

Then he made it easy to keep going

Everything for one day, in one packet. Thirty of them in a box, a new box every month. Nothing to decode, nothing to reorder, nothing to second-guess. Open one, take it, done.

For the first time, the aisle wasn't intimidating. It was just something I didn't have to think about anymore.

That's Brightside.

We started because one friend helped another get past the wall of bottles, and we haven't found a better model since. Every box of packets we make begins the same way that first one did: a pharmacist looking at real life and asking what belongs in it.

How we work

Curated, not formulated.

We don't invent supplements. We choose them — from practitioner-grade sources, with a pharmacist's training and a functional-health eye for what's worth your time — and we leave the rest on the shelf.

Built around your life, not the other way around.

You won't find one-size-fits-all packets here. You'll find ones chosen for people whose days look like yours.

Consistent, like a good friend should be.

One packet a day. A month's worth shows up at your door before you run out. That's the whole trick. Most people don't fall off because they picked wrong — they fall off because it got complicated. We took the complicated part away.

The answer fit in a packet. Carefully chosen, with your lifestyle in mind. A month of them shows up at your door, to keep you consistent — like a good friend should.
